Sleep diary of an eight month old

When Little Bug was eight months old, I kept a sleep diary for a week, so that I could show it to my health visitor. I’ve included a bad night and a good night from the week’s diary. 

THE BAD NIGHT

Morning nap for 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

Afternoon nap for 20 minutes.

Bedtime at 7:15pm. 

  • Wake up 1: 7:50pm
  • Wake up 2: 8:30pm
  • Wake up 3: 8:39pm
  • Wake up 4: 9:30pm
  • Wake up 5: 11:36pm
  • Wake up 6: 12:40pm
  • Wake up 7: 1:17am
  • Wake up 8: 3:10am
  • Wake up 9: 4:16am
  • Wake up 10: 5:50am

Awake for the day at 6:25am

    THE GOOD NIGHT 

    Morning nap for 1 hour and 50 minutes. 

    Afternoon nap for 30 minutes. 

    Bedtime at 7:30pm.  

    • Wake up 1 at 10:44pm
    • Wake up 2 at 2:20am
    • Wake up 3 at 4:15am
    • Wake up 4 at 6:15am

    Awake for the day at 7:15am
